Mel Blanc's basis for Foggy's voice came from an old radio character from the Fred Allen Show. Kenny Delmar Played a character by the name of Senator Claghorn in a segment of the show were Fred would stroll down " Allen's Alley "

that is exactly right. The country has gotten so out of hand with this politically correct garbage that all it's doing is destroying the country from within. It's gotten so bad that I've heard they now have actually put warning labels on old school sesame street dvds warning parents that it could be inappropriate for today's children. I'm so grateful for when I was born.
