The patent in question is a process for creating viral vaccines and ONE of the many viruses that the process can be applied to is influenza including H1N1. The H1N1 example given in the patent is a previous H1N1 (New Caledonia 1999). Why do they mention H1N1? (it's just one of dozens of viruses mentioned in the patent) Because every year, H1N1 is a strain that circulates. There are many strains of H1N1. This patent doesn't mention 2009/H1N1 and is not specifically for influenza.

I'm not saying chemtrails aren't really what people are claiming, I'm just a skeptic, so I need more information and credible evidence to make a decision about them. I believe aliens are demons, so hey, whaddya know.

The part that still confuses me though; Why there was no record of the flights in the area, when in fact they had been there doing these patterns (concentrated over one city) all day. Also, how it ended up being 68 times the level considered toxic to the human body in this one area. I had never heard of jets leaving anything so toxic behind just from normal flights. To think that this might be a routine after-effect of flight is pretty bad

Barium is produced by jet exhaust condensing in the atmosphere. This is something known to science for at least 30 years.

I watched a very interesting local TV news report on this issue. They videotaped the planes, FAA and government denied there were any planes, and yet they had the proof. (videos of the planes spraying "patterns") Samples of the spray were analyzed. shown to be BARIUM in concentrations 68 times higher than considered toxic by EPA. BARIUM attacks the immune system, suppresses it.

In fact, this patent makes NO MENTION WHATSOEVER of 2009/H1N1. The influenza in its example is an earlier New Caledonia strain (there are many H1N1 strains known). There is no mention of this H1N1 in that patent and the patent is about vaccines for viruses IN GENERAL, not just influenza. Further, it is one of A FEW HUNDRED vaccine related patents applied for in 2008.

Baxter's patent is NOT for 2009/H1N1. The patent is a method for producing viral vaccines. In 2008, there were a few hundred patent applications relating to vaccine production. The Baxter patent describes a method for producing vaccines for viruses. The patent - if you bother to read it - mentions that it can be applied to a WIDE VARIETY OF VIRAL VACCINES (NOT just influenza, NOT just influenza A H1N1 and certainly not 2009/H1N1).

I have not had swine flu yet...but I am not worried in the least about this. From what I have read, the CDC has delayed giving them samples of the swine flu strain to test because of other commercial and economical interests with the Medimmune corporation it seems. But they have already tested it against other strains of this particular virus with success. However, due to regulatory agencies that have our best interests in mind...of course... they are not able to even show the documentation and studies to people outside the government.

This is very interesting. There were several new patents recently issued on Nano-Silver that seem to destroy this and any other virus. As I understand it, viruses cannot build up a resistance to this new Nano-silver like they do with antibiotics. This technology seems work in a new way entirely. It rips electrons from viruses physically destroying the virus by ripping it open, using the strongest force in the universe. There is no defense for viruses in this case.

The US CDC is no longer asking states to report every laboratory-confirmed case of N1H1, but would instead seek data on clusters of deaths as it monitors the disease's spread. In the United Kingdom, a possible delay in bringing a vaccine to market comes as the UK health ministry released new computer calculation models that suggest worst-case scenarios with a minimum of 20,000 deaths with a more probable average of 65,000+ deaths in the UK during the first wave of the coming H1N1 pandemic.
