I was a dumbass and took my prescription ritilin at night...then took some lunesta?
Question presented by a reader: i had a paper due for school so i figured id take some ritilin(20 mg) to help me out,which it did....however now i cant get my ass to sleep and i got school in the morning...i took my prescription lunesta...but now it seems like the two drugs are fighting each other,and im no where near sleep...please help

it is very possible that you are so worried about school that you can't relax enough to get to sleep. try reading, that always puts me to sleep.

Ooooh, I've done that with adderall and ambien. Rough. You're likely to now have a nasty headache. My best advice is to eat a big breakfast, like and omelet and bacon, lot of juice and tons of water no caffeine-you'll feel worse. Take some Tylenol if you have a headache. Do what you need to do today and nap later if you can. Then just take your lunesta and get a good night's seep tonight.
