@RobertMargera Really? Thanks for the info. And here I was racking my brain trying to figure out why the Droid based phones are so popular that you can hardly get your hands on a Htc Incredible, Droid X or Sprint Evo. Thanks for clearing that up for me. :-)

@plbelanger Well, if you watch a video - Flash has nothing to do about it, as it does not decode the video stream, it just displays it. But if you look carefully at this demonstration, you'll see lack of smoothness when user is interacting the app. I also have to second that he was scrolling a "static" content and it did lag, which makes it really look like a serious performance drop. I'm a Flash Dev for 8 years, and I know how flash should work in this scenario.

@happydelicious Hulu doesn't work because Hulu people are blocking access same as they did for PS3. Youtube works fine though in full resolution.

@alkesandrmakov Poor performance? Nope, I've watched live fifa streams on my nexus one using flash and it worked flawlessly and the quality was great. No lag, slowdown, or stuttering to speak of.

Android needs flash because they have only lousy apps in their android app store. ;) btw the scrolling performance is awesome but you have seen only a part of it.

Come on...why didn't you demo Hulu and YouTube. We all want flash so that we can actually watch a YouTube video at full resolution instead of crappy Lite. Hulu is another big one for us Flash users. Who the F-ck cares about Flash games and a Sport update app? Yeah, they're cool but not the real pull for Flash. BTW, I have an EVO and love it. Can't wait for the upgrade to Froyo with Flash 10.1...but I tell you right now YouTube and Hulu better be f-ing good or else!

So what happens when you play a Flash game that requires mouse movement, and keyboard commands? How is that going to work?

While this video shows 10.1 Flash Player...why demonstrate it with a World Cup App...when the games are over 4 days before the phone is officially released...not to mention 10.1 won't be available till later next month.

Sorry, but there is hell of a lot of "trying" to drag that scroll interface on a 1 Ghz processor !!! Good luck next time.

it looks a bit sluggish, especially when scrolling. my concern is in power and memory consumption. anyway i hope it come as soon as possible.
