Syncing and playing iTunes music to non-iPod mp3 player is actually not a one-for-all job, there are two things should be taken into account --- DRM license protection and media format.
Method 1: iTunes Sync
The well-known iTunes music transferring rpogram is iTunes Sync, which is free and dummy-easy to sync iTunes non-DRM content to non-iPod mp3 players which support iTunes AAC music.
